Road to season 38 and over… looking for pavè, hills, sprint trainers :)

Hello!
I received an interesting question: could you please inform us about the value of Belgian riders?
Well, I like it, because I decided to candidate me as CT because I’d like to learn something about the game and to help the NT to grow up..!!

So, here you can find 2 different kind of ranking:
- a top ten of 20–21–22 years old riders in each specialty;
- a top ten of 19 years old riders in each specialty.

It is really interesting because we can clearly see that we have some skills in which we have more than one coach who is training it… and much more skills in which we have NO COACH who are training it..!!

Not easy to win in NT races from here to… the next 10 seasons, if we don’t try to have a system of training.

In the next weeks I’ll give you the same stats about the real top 10 in Belgium at the moment, but… the problem is in our young riders.

So, now you know that WE NEED PAVE’, HILLS and SPRINT trainers… and we are already covered in climbing.
