The last season was really busy in Real Life, but at the same time really interesting in the game!

We won the first race of the season with Fred Gilles… a result that Belgium NT missed in the last seasons!!

I spent a lot of time trying to do the best convocations, sometimes chatting in direct messages with the managers… but I didn’t update this page, so I can say “sorry” to the guys who were used to read my thoughts! :)

However, I’d like to be again the Belgium NT coach, but I think the most important thing is… go on with the growth of the Belgium community!
So, I start from my last-season “study” (you can read it here: Road to season 38 and over… looking for pavè, hills, sprint trainers…) and I do the same at the end of this season.

You can see we have some good riders in 20–22yo generation, but there are some “holes” like SPRINT, TT and CLIMBING… and, in SPRINT, also the 19yo generation is not powerful.

So, in the next season, everyone — if interested in the project - would decide in which way try to grow a good generation of young Belgium riders :)
